Cairo & Cruise (Aswan & Luxor)
Experience the wonders of ancient Egypt on an unforgettable 8-day journey, combining the historic sights of Cairo with a captivating Nile River cruise from Aswan to Luxor.
Day 01 Arrival, transfer to hotel overnight.
Day 02 Start the day with a visit to the Pyramids, Memphis, and Sakkara. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 03 Begin the day with a visit to the Egyptian Museum, Citadel (including the Mosque of Mohamed Ali), and Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Dinner and overnight.
Day 04 Check out from hotel, transfer to Cairo airport for a flight to Aswan. Visit Philae Temple and the High Dam. Check in on the cruise before lunch. Afternoon Felucca ride overnight in Aswan.
Day 05 Afternoon sail to Kom Ombo, visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, then sail to Edfu overnight.
Day 06 Visit the Temple of Edfu and sail to Luxor, arriving late afternoon for an overnight stay.
Day 07 Check out from the cruise, visit the west bank (Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Colossi of Memnon). Lunch at a local restaurant, then continue to Karnak & Luxor Temple. Transfer late to the airport for a flight back to Cairo, transfer to hotel overnight.
Day 08 Check out and transfer to the airport for the final departure.
